Privacy Policy
SalesFlow is a business application for field-sales teams, provided by Digital Arena d.o.o. ("we", "us") to organizations that license it for their employees. This policy explains what personal data the SalesFlow mobile and web application processes, why, and what your rights are.
Data we collect
- Account data — name, e-mail address, phone number, organization, role, and an optional profile photo.
- Location data — while you are signed in and actively using the app, your device's location is recorded periodically and during customer visits. Location is used to show field positions to your organization's managers, to verify visits, and to compute route and workday analytics for your organization. Location is never collected when you are signed out.
- Photos — photos you attach to customer visits and your profile photo.
- Business records — customers, orders, visits and related documents you create while working. This data belongs to your organization.
- Device and session data — device model, operating system and a push notification token, recorded at sign-in for account security (one active session per user) and to deliver notifications.
- Diagnostic logs — technical logs kept on your device for up to 3 days, sent to us only when you explicitly choose to share them from the app.
How we use data
- To provide the service: order management, visit tracking, team coordination.
- To show your organization's managers work-related information (positions during working use, visits, sales results).
- To secure accounts and prevent misuse.
- We do not sell personal data and the app contains no advertising.
Sharing
- Your organization — managers and administrators of the company you work for see your work-related data (this is the purpose of the product).
- Service providers — Google Firebase (push notification delivery) and Mapbox (map display). They process only what is technically necessary.
- Accounting integrations — if your organization connects its accounting/POS system (e.g. eLine, e-računi), business documents are exchanged with that system on your organization's instructions.
Retention and deletion
Personal data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account in the app: Menu → App settings → Delete account. Deletion anonymizes your personal data irreversibly; business records of your organization (orders, invoices) are retained as required by accounting law, without your personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at support@sales-flow.cloud for any request.
Security
All communication is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to data is restricted by role-based permissions within your organization.
Terms of Use
1. The service
SalesFlow is a business (B2B) application for managing field sales: customers, orders, visits, routes and fleet. It is licensed to organizations; individual accounts are created by self-registration (which creates the organization) or by an organization administrator.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One active session per user is enforced. Your organization's administrator manages your access and may deactivate it.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the app only for lawful business purposes of your organization. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other organizations' data, or reverse-engineer the software.
4. Licensing and payment
Core functionality is provided under your organization's licence. Optional modules (route analytics, fleet tracking) are licensed to organizations directly by us under a separate business agreement. No purchases are made through the app.
5. Data ownership
Business data entered into SalesFlow belongs to the organization that licensed the service. We process it on the organization's behalf.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount your organization paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law

SalesFlow je poslovna aplikacija za terensku prodaju koju Digital Arena d.o.o. pruža organizacijama za njihove zaposlenike.
Podaci koje obrađujemo
- Podaci računa — ime, e-mail, telefon, organizacija, uloga i neobavezna profilna slika.
- Lokacija — dok ste prijavljeni i aktivno koristite aplikaciju, lokacija uređaja bilježi se periodički i tijekom posjeta kupcima. Koristi se za prikaz pozicija voditeljima vaše organizacije, potvrdu posjeta i analitiku ruta. Lokacija se nikad ne prikuplja dok ste odjavljeni.
- Fotografije — slike koje priložite posjetama i profilna slika.
- Poslovni zapisi — kupci, narudžbe i posjete; pripadaju vašoj organizaciji.
- Podaci o uređaju — model i OS pri prijavi (sigurnost računa) te token za push obavijesti.
- Dijagnostički zapisi — do 3 dana na uređaju, šalju se samo kad ih sami izričito pošaljete iz aplikacije.
Dijeljenje
Radne podatke vide voditelji vaše organizacije (to je svrha proizvoda). Tehnički pružatelji: Google Firebase (push obavijesti) i Mapbox (karte). Ako vaša organizacija poveže knjigovodstveni sustav (npr. eLine, e-računi), poslovni dokumenti razmjenjuju se s tim sustavom. Podatke ne prodajemo i aplikacija ne sadrži oglase.
Čuvanje i brisanje
Račun možete trajno izbrisati u aplikaciji: izbornik → Postavke aplikacije → Izbriši račun. Brisanjem se osobni podaci nepovratno anonimiziraju; poslovni zapisi organizacije čuvaju se prema računovodstvenim propisima, bez vaših osobnih podataka.
Vaša prava
Imate pravo na pristup, ispravak, izvoz i brisanje osobnih podataka (GDPR). Za sve zahtjeve: support@sales-flow.cloud.
Uvjeti korištenja
SalesFlow je poslovna (B2B) aplikacija licencirana organizacijama. Račune otvara registracija organizacije ili administrator organizacije. Aplikaciju smijete koristiti samo u zakonite poslovne svrhe svoje organizacije. Dodatni moduli licenciraju se organizacijama izravno, izvan aplikacije — u aplikaciji nema kupnji. Poslovni podaci pripadaju organizaciji koja je licencirala uslugu. Usluga se pruža "kakva jest"; odgovornost je ograničena u mjeri dopuštenoj zakonom. Mjerodavno je pravo Republike Hrvatske.
